Receive committed offers with a "Make an Offer" button

Mobirise

Customers can submit an offer directly from car listings on your website.

They enter their offer along with their personal information, upload a photo of their license and confirm payment details. We do not charge the customer at this stage, we do a card check and store the details securely.

Now that the customer has submitted an offer, the dealership gets notified and can either accept or counter the offer, dealers can also send non-negotiable offers when necessary. If an offer is accepted at any stage by the dealer, the deposit is automatically charged by the platform and the deal is finalised.

Customers receive an SMS once their offer is submitted with a link to their offer, this gives them access to their very own dashboard where they can make changes and see new events in their timeline.

OfferMADE payment links are a secure and comprehensive way to finalise a sale. You can send out unique payment links to customers that not only transact the deposit but also capture the customers drivers license, a verified phone number and all the details and conditions of the sale.

Customers can see the details of the car that they are buying, their trade in and any accessories or special conditions that are part of the agreement, they can also make the deal "subject to finance approval" or "subject to viewing and test drive" giving them confidence in your sales team and the overall deal.

OfferMADE payment links are sent to customers via SMS automatically through the platform and customers authenticate into their payment link, making the transaction truly secure.

The customer receives a private link via SMS to complete the form and confirm payment details, OfferMADE confirms credit card validity and submits offer to the manager.

The manager reviews offer and has the option to either accept or counter the offer. If the offer is accepted, the deal is confirmed and the deposit is debited. Automatically
